February 3rd 2021, Akron, OH – The Development Finance Authority of Summit County is pleased to announce the launch of our new, improved website.
The updated site, designed and developed in a collaborative effort with Akron-based Kaulig Media, includes information regarding Bond Financing options, New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), Energy Efficiency Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), and mission based lending programs including: small businesses lending, the Akron Resiliency Fund, the Minority Contractors Capital Access Program (MCCAP), and a new Housing Trust Fund. The website contains the most recent DFA audit and annual 990 filing information for the Development Fund of the Western Reserve (DFWR) and the Western Reserve Community Fund (WRCF). Also featured are updated Project Applications, individual project profiles, and links to additional financing resources.
The new site features a streamlined, modern design, improved functionality, and easy access to essential information to DFA’s extensive work and bring all entities to one site.
