WRCF General Loan Fund
The general loan fund is WRCF’s primary lending tool, offering flexible and affordable loans ranging from $10,000 to $500,000. Projects must be located within distressed census tracts and bring quality jobs or services to communities; special consideration is given to minority or female-owned businesses with the intention of fostering a more inclusive economy.
WRCF has partnered with The Ohio Department of Development to offer the CDFI Loan Participation Program (CDFI LPP), which provides subordinated debt to Ohio small businesses. WRCF accepts CDFI LPP applications, determines rates and terms, underwrites, closes, and services these subordinated loans; depending on the nature of the loan, rates can range from 2.5% to a maximum of 4%, with terms ranging from 1 to 15 years. Other CDFI LPP guidelines can be found here.
The Western Reserve Community Fund does not discriminate against any person based on age, color, creed, disability, familial status, national origin, race, religion, sex or on any other basis legally prohibited by or protected by Federal or State law.
